Triple M Gippsland (3SEA) broadcasts on 94.3 and 97.9 FM from Traralgon, Victoria, playing mainstream and classic rock. Owned by Southern Cross Austereo since May 2002, Triple M targets working-age locals and tradies.

The station handles local emergency updates during fire and flood seasons, covers regional footy, and airs Ed Cowlishaw's weekday breakfast show.

I have spent plenty of shifts tuned to Ed Cowlishaw's breakfast show and local sponsor spots out here in the Latrobe Valley. Triple M delivers reliable emergency updates and solid guitar tracks when you are on the tools. That said, the daytime playlist runs the same 80s and 90s anthems on a tight loop, which gets old fast if you leave the radio on all day.
