6PR, known as 882 6PR, is a commercial radio station based in Perth, Western Australia. It focuses primarily on news, talk shows, and sport; it is the only commercial radio station in Perth that takes listener calls. The station began broadcasting on 14 October 1931 and is currently owned by Tapt Media, which acquired the rights to it from Nine Entertainment Co. on 1 May 2026. The station broadcasts five-minute news bulletins every hour (every half-hour during breakfast), traffic updates every 15 minutes during the morning and afternoon rush hours, as well as weather forecasts.
