2SM is an Australian radio station in Sydney, broadcasting in talkback format on 1269 kilohertz AM, and on the DAB+ 9A digital frequency. The meaning of the call sign SM is the first letters of St. Mary's Cathedral. Programs are heard on the regional Super Radio Network in New South Wales, the Northern Territory and Queensland, consisting of over 60 stations on the AM and FM bands. For most of its life, 2SM has been known as “The Family Station”. Station broadcast news every hour and half hour during breakfast.

    Yes i am agreeing much so with Betty DEC 17,i have in my lifetime heard so much advertising for one person, we listen to a show ,lets say Pete Davis ,but every time Pete goes to a break there is a Richard King add in your face every time ,who is this man ,no-one else does it as much as him ,but the main Question to be asked is who on earth is Managing the Newcastle Network,2sm Sydney please help us ,and Betty good on you.
